The Feline and Reptile Princesses (女猫と爬虫の姫, Meneko to Hachū no Hime) is the fourth episode of the Sacrificial Princess and the King of Beasts anime series.
Summary[]
Chancellor Anubis summons four beast princesses to court Leonhart, hoping to supplant Sariphi in the king's affections. Does Sariphi have the wit and resolve to navigate their schemes?
Plot[]
When Sariphi request that Leonhart talk to the other princesses much to his annoyance he tells her to go to sleep.
After waking up, Sariphi sees Lady Vivian
After Vivian shoves Amit against the wall, she gets ready to attack her again but Sariphi shields her using her body but suddenly Vivian gets shoved against a wall and Sariphi looks up and sees Leonhart come to her rescue much to Vivian's horror. Leonhart asks her if she hasnt' forgotten what he said to her the previous night and Vivian says that she can't live without the king's affection, Leonhart angrily says to Vivian to never show her hideous self in his presence again which makes her cry as she gets carried away by castle guards. After Leonhart begins to walk away, Sariphi apologizes but Leonhart tells her that he is sorry for his behaviour earlier and tells her that she doesn't have to go back to the banquet and that she can just rest in his chamber.
Suddenly, Amit (who was holding a plate of Mandragora scones) asks what Anubis is doing here all by himself, which made him jump in surprise as he then asks her what she's doing here. Amit then explains to Anubis that as a reward for protecting Sariphi from Lady Vivian, she gets to stay at the castle of Ozmargo as Sariphi's companion, much to Anubis's chagrin and horror, before offering him her Mandragora scones as a late night snack to which Anubis politely declined. As Amit took her leave, Anubis can only thought that not only his scheme failed, but it ended with Leonhart hiring Amit as a new castle staff member.
Later in Leonhart's bed chambers, Sariphi is enjoying her Mandragora scone as Leonhart tells her that she doesn't need to pity Vivian, Kora, and/or Alba, aware that the trio knew the consequences of their actions before assuring her that the only woman he want is Sariphi alone which made her remember Amit telling her that when she catches feelings for someone special, Sariphi then becomes bashful and hides in Leonhart's tail much to his confusion. He then says that she can stay there for as long as she want while.

Trivia[]
- This makes the debut of Sariphi's alternate casual dress.
Anime and Manga Differences[]
- At the beginning, there was a large scene of Sariphi learning about the Ozmargo royal family, followed by Anubis saying she has a very slim chance of being queen. It was cut from the anime for time constraints.
- Clops & Cy attempting to follow Anubis to argue back before Vivian bumps into Cy with her foot is also cut off from the anime. Instead, it shows Sariphi, Clops, and Cy leaving the portrait room until Vivian bumps into Cy, rolling him into a wall.
- In the anime, as Sariphi and Vivian were speaking to each other, all the other princesses enter as well and introduce themselves. This does not happen in the manga.
