He was the former king of Ozmargo. He was the older twin brother of Leonhart's Father and the uncle of Leonhart.
Appearance[]
He looked similar to his twin brother, He is a lion-like beast with light toffee brown fur, black razor-sharp claws, dark red eyes, a black nose, and a set of black horns on his head.
He wears a simple formal attire.

He had tried his best to raise Leonhart, without any animosity.

Early Life[]
Twin brothers as a newborn.
When he and his brother was born, there is a custom of raising only the more promising child, known as "thinning" and that he would become the next king and his younger twin brother was exiled from the palace after his birth.[1]
Pre-Series[]
He lays with his wife and many other concubines to fathering a child but none of them couldn't conceive a child and when one of his concubines conceived a child, he falsely declared Set to be his child.[2]
When his wife died of an illness and unable to conceive a child, he tells Capel to keep the fact for a while, find to search his younger brother, and bring him back to the kingdom since he is the only who shares his blood and then when he had found more about his whereabouts, he was shocked to find out that his heir was a human after Capel brings the child to Ozmargo.

Leonhart[]
Leonhart is his nephew, former heir and successor.
He was always cold and strict towards his nephew, Leonhart, due to the fact that, he was half-human, when Leonhart told him that, he had learnt all the runes he tells Leonhart that, all royals learn to be both warriors and scholars, and that, he should not boast every achievement that, he did. When Leonhart was younger, he would often lock him in a cage, when the sky is clear from the miasma to avoid others seeing him, when he was in his human form.
Because he was never able to accept the fact that, his nephew, Leonhart he was half-human, resulting in both his health and mind respectively deteriorating.
When he was on his deathbed, he had stated that, he had always despised Leonhart, due to the fact that, he was half-human and was mortified to leave the throne to him, proving that, even in his final moments, he still could not accept his nephew, Leonhart's human heritage.

- He is credited as "Previous King" in the closing credits.
- He and Capel are the only members of the royal palace, who knew about his twin brother's existence.
- He and his brother are likely fraternal twins, as they look very different from each other.
- Due to his infertility, he is indirectly responsible of Set's villainy and desire to overthrow his nephew, Leonhart.
